Corey Gaffer Photography Standard Usage Agreement
Any client of Corey Gaffer Photography LLC. Agrees to the following usage rights and copyright information.
Unlimited License
Upon receipt of the final payment, you, the client, will be granted lifetime, unlimited usage rights to all delivered photographs. These lifetime rights include the right to publish, print, and display the photographs in any space you see fit. There are no limitations or restrictions on what may be done with the images other than selling or giving them to others.
Third-Party Purchasing
The initiating client is responsible for dividing costs by selling images to others; Corey Gaffer Photography will not divide the invoice among shoot participants. The initiating client may sell the images to third parties within one year of the shoot date or until the shoot's total cost has been written off. We recommend a $300 cost per image.
After either one year elapses or you write off the price of the shoot by selling the images to third parties, we ask that all future usage requests be referred to Corey@gafferphotography.com. The transfer of rights to those third parties allows for the same usage rights you have, with the restriction that they may never sell or transfer rights to others.
Copyright
All Photographs shall be the sole and exclusive property of Corey Gaffer Photography LLC., including but not limited to all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in perpetuity. Modification of Photographs and/or incorporation of Photographs in any layout, concept, reproduction, or publication shall not constitute a Joint Work. Photographer shall have the sole power to enforce its copyrights and any other intellectual property, including without limitation all registration, renewal, and reversion rights, as well as the right to register and sue to enforce such rights against infringers. Photographer reserves the right to halt the use of Photographs in any publication that could reasonably be deemed improper, based on the photographer's sole discretion.
Credit Lines
In any and all appropriate uses of the photographs, including client publications and outside publications, the client agrees to credit the photographer as follows. © Corey Gaffer Photography
